By Chloe is a fast, casual plant-based restaurant that opened in the Seaport district in late February of this year. They opened their second location in Fenway earlier this month, and it's safe to say "vegan junk food" is Boston's new favorite cuisine. The menu is full of mouthwatering burgers, air-baked fries, comfort sides, and delicious desserts. While the restaurant is completely plant-based, they create dishes that are flavorful, creamy, and satisfying. Both vegans and omnivores enjoy by Chloe! And if you are gluten-free they have lots of options on the menu for you.
A few of my favorites include the classic burger- made from lentils, tempeh, chia seeds, and walnuts topped with pickles, onion and a special sauce, air baked fries, and the mac n cheese- made with a sweet potato and cashew cheese base topped with shiitake bacon. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert, the cupcakes and cookies are a must-try!
While the Seaport District is a beautiful spot in Boston, the parking is a bit pricey, and street parking is rare. To save a few bucks and reduce your carbon footprint, take the T instead.
The food, atmosphere, and menu are creative and satisfying. If you have any questions about the menu, the staff is always super helpful and will make recommendations.
